Returns & Cancellations
Because every saree is a one-of-a-kind handcrafted piece, we ask you to read the dimensions and weave details carefully before purchase. That said, we want you to love what arrives — here is how we handle exceptions.
Easy 7-day return window
- Sarees may be returned for a refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Custom commissions, blouses stitched to measurement, and items sold at capsule-launch pricing are final sale.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt at our atelier.

Reach us on WhatsApp at +91 96867 77008 or write to atelier@houseofvanya.com. We will arrange a reverse pickup wherever serviceable.
Cancellations
Cancel any order before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, the 7-day return window applies. UPI / Cards: refunds reach your account within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded as store credit or to a bank account you nominate.
Damaged or wrong item
Photograph the unopened parcel and write to us within 48 hours. We will reship or refund in full, including reverse logistics.
