Where the loom keeps time.

House of Vanya™ works with a small circle of master weavers across Varanasi, Kanchipuram, Chanderi and Kutch. Most pieces take between sixty and three hundred hours of handwork. Some take longer.

We do not produce in batches. We do not chase trends. We commission individual sarees, one at a time, and we sign for each one when it leaves the loom.

This is not the fastest way to build a fashion house. It is, we believe, the most truthful one.
